Return Policy: 

Standard Return Policy Outside of Holiday

Eligible full-price items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a refund. We will deduct any return shipping fees from your refund. 

Ineligible returns include items purchased on sale, considered FINAL SALE, including items sold at promotional discount. We will not accept returns for gift cards, apothecary, Shawls by Yaser Shaw, and items marked Final Sale.

We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which we sent them. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise, and we have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

If you receive a piece that you believe to be damaged, please initiate a return and indicate that as your reason for returning, and do so within 14days of receiving. If the item is damaged, we will refund you the cost of the item and any return shipping fees affiliated. 

If you receive the wrong item, please initiate a return and indicate that as your reason for returning, and do so within 14days of receiving. If you received the wrong item, we will exchange it for you should you choose or refund you the cost of the item and any return shipping fees affiliated. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please get in touch with UPS.

I N S T R U C T I O N S

Return Instructions to manually process returns without creating/accessing your customer account: 

1.) Please email online@mattany.com and add your your Order ID# when requesting a return or exchange.

2.) Once we have reviewed your return request we will email you a shipping label to use to return the item(s)

3.) Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

  • Please note that USPS is the default carrier for our return shipping. You can schedule a USPS pickup or drop your package at any Post Office or Fedex Location. Please email us if you prefer to use a different carrier.

Alternatively you may login to your account by clicking here. Then add your email as prompted and you should receive a code to log you in to a new customer account that will remain linked to your former account so long as you use the same email. You can only access to options such as automating your return process and applying any store credit available toward your purchase.
